When should I start looking for my wedding dress?

When you feel you’re ready to say yes to the dress! We typically recommend 9-12 months in advance. If you don’t have that much time, don’t panic! We have designers that offer rush shipping and or, in stock dresses available to accommodate shorter time frames.

What should I bring to my appointment?

An open mind! If you have inspiration pictures, those are also great! If you have absolutely no idea what you are looking for; No worries, we’re here to guide you. Please remember to wear undergarments. Brides who are not wearing underwear will not be able to try on any dresses. Nude undergarments and pasties are encouraged. If you plan to wear shapewear on the big day, bring those too!

Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We want to make sure we can give you our undivided attention during your 75- minute bridal appointment. We reserve the bridal shop to provide you with a completely private experience and therefore are unable to accommodate walk-ins. We know how exciting shopping for your dress is and we can’t wait to start your appointment; however, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early (or late) for your appointment, we may not be able to assist you.

What are your store hours?

We are open by appointment only and our store hours vary throughout the year. Please visit our appointment section for the most current availability.

Are food or drinks allowed?

Pretty white dresses and food/drinks don’t mix well, and we kindly ask that you do not bring them in. This also includes champagne (no BYOB please) . We also ask that you let friends and family know prior to arriving. If you’d like to elevate your bridal experience, check out our Luxe appointment. We take care of everything so you don’t have to!

Do you offer in house alterations?

Yes! We are so lucky to have a partnership with Brigida from The Bride Perfect Fit. Brigida brings over 30 years of expertise and for your convenience, will meet you in our shop. Click here to schedule an appointment.

Do you carry mother of the bride, bridesmaids or flower girl dresses?

Currently, we only carry dresses for the bride.
