Our appointments are anything but average! When you book at Theory Bridal House you have a luxurious private bridal suite for you and your guests! During your 75 minute bridal appointment, your personal stylist will guide you through the process of finding the perfect dress. Once you’ve said YES to the dress, we are celebrating with bubbly and pictures by our Instagram worthy “she said yes” wall. This appointment is free of charge.

Available exclusively on Sundays! Sip champagne while you shop during an extended appointment in your luxurious private bridal suite. Once you’ve said YES to the dress, we are continuing the celebration with pictures by our “she said yes” wall. This appointment requires a Non-Refundable $65 reservation fee charged upon booking. The reservation fee will be credited to the purchase of your dress when you say yes on your first visit.

During this 50 minute appointment, you’ll shop from a curated collection of off-the-rack wedding gowns that are sold at a discounted price. All dresses on sample sale are sold as-is and are available to take home the same day. So come ready to say “YES” – Once a gown is gone, it’s gone!

frequently asked questions
When should I start looking for my wedding dress?
When you feel you’re ready to say yes to the dress! We typically recommend 9-12 months in advance. If you don’t have that much time, don’t panic! We have designers that offer rush shipping and or, in stock dresses available to accommodate shorter time frames.
What should I bring to my appointment?
An open mind! If you have inspiration pictures, those are also great! If you have absolutely no idea what you are looking for; No worries, we’re here to guide you. Please remember to wear undergarments. Brides who are not wearing underwear will not be able to try on any dresses. Nude undergarments and pasties are encouraged. If you plan to wear shapewear on the big day, bring those too!
Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We want to make sure we can give you our undivided attention during your 75- minute bridal appointment. We reserve the bridal shop to provide you with a completely private experience and therefore are unable to accommodate walk-ins. We know how exciting shopping for your dress is and we can’t wait to start your appointment; however, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early (or late) for your appointment, we may not be able to assist you.
We have several ways to pay! You can pay half at the time of purchase and the balance when the dress arrives or, all at once. We accept all forms of payment EXCEPT for American Express. If you are paying by check, the merchandise must remain in our possession until the check clears. Payment plans are available upon request and may vary based on purchase amount and or timing.
What are your store hours?
How do payments work?
We are open by appointment only and our store hours vary throughout the year. Please visit our appointment section for the most current availability.
Are food or drinks allowed?
Pretty white dresses and food/drinks don’t mix well, and we kindly ask that you do not bring them in. This also includes champagne (no BYOB please) . We also ask that you let friends and family know prior to arriving. If you’d like to elevate your bridal experience, check out our Luxe appointment. We take care of everything so you don’t have to!
Do you offer in house alterations?
Yes! We are so lucky to have our seamstress, Hannah. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. She only does alterations for our brides.
Do you carry mother of the bride, bridesmaids or flower girl dresses?
Currently, we only carry dresses for the bride.
What is the guest count?
No more than 5, not including the bride. Please note, no children under 12.
